Terms & Conditions

  A. Waiver of Liability & Assumption of Risk

  •     Risk Acknowledgement: I understand that WildEd programs (by Laya Green Ventures Pvt. Ltd.) involve inherent risks such as slips, falls, wildlife/insect interactions, weather conditions, dehydration, and travel-related incidents, which may result in injury, illness, disability, or death.

 

  •    Voluntary Participation: I participate willingly, with full awareness of these risks, and accept responsibility for my safety. Assumption of Risk: I assume all risks, known or unknown, including those arising from negligence of organizers, staff, or volunteers.

  •  Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless WildEd, Laya Green Ventures Pvt. Ltd., and its team from any claims, damages, or losses arising from my participation. 

  • Medical Fitness: I confirm I am physically fit and will disclose any medical conditions. I authorize emergency medical care if required and agree to bear related costs.

  •  Personal Property: WildEd is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. 

  • Minors: Participants under 18 require a parent/guardian’s consent, who assumes full responsibility.


   Governing Law: This agreement is governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

   Acceptance: By registering/participating, I confirm I have read and agree to these terms.

B. Refund Policy

​

  Participant Cancellations:

  •   7+ days: 80% refund or 100% credit (valid 3 months)

  •   3–6 days: 50% refund or 75% credit

  •  <3 days / no-show: No refund or credit

​

  WildEd Cancellations:


  If cancelled due to weather, safety, or unforeseen reasons:

  •   100% refund or reschedule option

  •   Refunds processed within 7 working days

  Important Notes

  •   Refunds via original payment mode only

  •   No partial refunds for early exit

  •   Itinerary may change for safety/environmental reasons
